The Shelter Adoption Program offers an initial 30-day of a 12-month term of pet insurance as a trial. Discounted premium for your trial is included in your initial policy term. ✝Payment information must be provided at the time of enrollment. Billing will automatically continue unless the policy is canceled. Dependent on meeting eligibility requirements. Dogs 8 weeks to 10 years of age & cats 8 weeks to 12 years of age. Offer is valid for 7 days from the date of adoption.
Accident Coverage is available at 12:01 am the day following enrollment. Named Peril Illness Coverage is available at 12:01 am on the third day following enrollment. Full Illness Coverage is available at 12:01 am on the 15th day following enrollment.
All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Specific products, features, rates, and discounts may vary by state, eligibility, and are subject to change. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement.
